1. What products does Tropical Agro export?

We specialize in the Export of Fresh and Processed Tropical products from El Salvador, including :

Mangoes,Dragon Fruit, Purple Mumbin,(Jocote)Zapote, Pineapple, Mammee Apple,(Mamey) Nance ,Green Mango, (whole frozen,cubed and pulp)

 Fresh Plantains-, Cacao (pods, beans, nibs, and paste), Young Coconut (green, diamond-cut, husked), Gourmet Edible Flowers (Loroco) and cashew-based products.

2. Where do your products come from?

All of our products are grown in El Salvador, working directly with local farmers and cooperatives committed to sustainable and responsible agricultural practices.

3. Are your facilities certified for export?

Yes. Our processing and packing facilities comply with FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) standards for export to the United States. We also follow good agricultural and manufacturing practices and provide phytosanitary certificates for all shipments.

4. What packaging options do you offer?

We offer a variety of packaging formats depending on the product and destination:
– Bulk export cartons (10–20 kg)
– Retail-ready bags (1–2.5 kg)
– Private label packaging (on request)

5. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Trial shipments are available starting from 1 pallet. For wholesale and distributors, we typically offer full container loads (20 ft or 40 ft reefer containers).

6. Do you offer private labeling or custom branding?

Yes, we offer private label services for select clients, including custom packaging and labeling. Minimum volumes apply. Please contact us for more details.

7. Which countries do you export to?

We export to the United States, Canada, the Middle East, and parts of Europe. We are constantly expanding our logistics network — contact us if you'd like to import to a new destination.


8. How do you handle logistics and shipping?

We coordinate air and sea freight based on the product and buyer needs. All shipments are temperature-controlled when required and include full documentation (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificate).


9. Can I request samples before placing a full order?

Yes. Sample boxes or trial pallets are available for qualified buyers. Reach out to our team for specific requests and shipping arrangements.
